Websites for Solo and Small Law Firms

Your website is losing cases you never knew you had.

Clio's 2023 Legal Trends Report found 40% of law firm inquiries go unanswered for more than three business days. By then the client has retained opposing counsel. I build sites that respond in seconds, rank on Google, and stay bar-advertising-compliant.

Flat-rate pricing. Bar-compliant from day one. You own the code.

The Industry Problem

Most attorney websites are built to look prestigious. Not to perform.

  • Clio reports 35–42% of law firm inquiries never get a callback, and 40% wait more than three business days. The firm that responds first books the consultation. Every other firm paid for a lead it lost.
  • Run your firm's site through Google's PageSpeed Insights. If the score would embarrass a paralegal, we should talk. Slow sites drop in Google rankings and lose prospective clients on the first tap.
  • Generic marketing templates ignore the disclaimers, disclosures, and ad rules every state bar requires. Compliance risk you never consented to.
  • Most agencies quote $3K–$10K up front and a monthly retainer after. No reporting. No rankings. No calls. Accountability disappears after the invoice clears.

Who's Behind This

I'm Vini. Software engineer, not a marketer.

I spent years building software in tech. Then I got laid off and started helping small businesses that deserve better than template websites from generalist agencies.

Solo practitioners and small firms carry the same bar-advertising burden as BigLaw with a fraction of the budget. The marketing industry hasn't caught up. I read your state's ad rules before I write a line of copy.

Your firm deserves a website that reflects the work, not a stock photo with a phone number and a WordPress login you lost three years ago.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I have to pay you every month? +
No. You pay once for the build, and the first year of hosting is on me. After that, hosting runs about $250/year or $30/month. I offer an optional maintenance retainer if you want ongoing updates, but it is never required.
Do you know my state bar rules? +
Before writing copy, I read the ad rules for your jurisdiction, including any specific requirements on past results, testimonials, specialization claims, and case outcomes. Common states like FL, NY, TX, and CA I know well; less common ones I research against the current rules of professional conduct. Final compliance is always your call as counsel, and I ask you to review every page before launch.
Can I display case results and settlements? +
Most states permit it with the right disclaimers (e.g., "prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome"). Some states restrict specific claims or require additional language. The site includes a case-results section with jurisdiction-appropriate disclaimers built in.
Is the intake form secure? What about confidentiality? +
Forms submit over HTTPS and deliver directly to your email. No third-party chat widgets, no marketing trackers reading prospective-client messages. Every intake form carries a clear notice that submitting a message does not create an attorney-client relationship.
How long does this take? +
Most sites launch within a week. I will give you a clear timeline on our first call. No surprises.
What if I don't like it? +
The build includes up to 3 revisions. If you hate it after 30 days, I will refund the build cost.
I already have a website. Can you fix it? +
We will evaluate what you have and keep what is working. Then I will rebuild into custom code to improve performance, compliance, and search rankings.
What's a Lighthouse score? +
It is Google's own grading system for websites. It measures speed, accessibility, SEO, and best practices on a scale of 0-100. I build to 95-100. Google rewards fast sites with higher search rankings, which means more prospective clients find your firm.

Your next client is searching right now. Make sure they find your firm first.

Send me your current site and I'll email back a Google-standard audit report. No call required. No pitch. Just the numbers.
