Service scope

Engagements for web design, development, and hosting are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties before work begins.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients own the code and content of their custom website. The Sidebar Digital brand, copy, and this site's design remain our property.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sidebar Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or delivered work.
